About Dr. Danielle Jenkins

Dr. Danielle Jenkins is the founder of Level Up Digital Labs and a People and Organizational Leader with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership - Technology from Pepperdine University, executive training in business leadership and innovation from UC Berkeley, and executive education in Digital Strategy & Technology from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Her background spans operations, data, strategy, talent, and AI adoption at organizations including Meta, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and other tech companies. Her work has centered on streamlining business systems and improving organizational processes, from workforce development programs at the City of Los Angeles - Economic Development to advising small businesses and startups as an SBDC advisor. At the City of LA, she also led the Science & Technology Workforce Initiative, focused on expanding opportunities for underrepresented groups in STEM. She previously served as a Google Partner and Digital Coach, training business owners on Google Workspace applications using Google's own training content, work that laid the foundation for what she does today.

She now brings that same playbook to solopreneurs, small business owners, startups, and workforce programs, helping them pair data and strategy with AI to run leaner, move faster, and grow without the overwhelm.
